Really good Stay in Central Location
spacious room super clean housekeeping great water pressure ideal location
my room was very spacious. the housekeeping kept it super clean daily. the bathroom had updated fixtures. i found the water pressure to be great. the shower operation was easy to use. the location was ideal. it was near the main square but on a quiet street. a quaint church sat at the end of the street.
i experienced inconsistent service from some staff. some seemed indifferent to guest needs, which affected the overall experience.

faulty air conditioning limited variety
the room was quiet and the location was good enough
the air conditioning didn't work properly the room was too warm even after i adjusted the settings. the breakfast was disappointing it lacked variety and the quality was not what i expected for the price i paid

perfect location comfortable bed great heating polite staff
I found the location to be perfect with walking distance to many attractions. The room was cleaned daily and the bed felt comfortable. Underfloor heating worked great after using the shower. Staff were helpful and polite.
The hotel lacked a doorman to greet guests at the entrance.

Location good, but standards a miss
unclear direction five star breakfast
The location proved advantageous, steps away from the main square.
The transfer I booked via the hotel was a mess. There was no clear direction regarding where to meet the driver and the phone number given did not work, such issues were unexpected. The breakfast buffet did not meet a five star hotel standard. The juice seemed processed and the coffee came from a digital dispenser similar to those at airport lounges. This breakfast experience didn't match the price I paid.

I Found the reception staff helpful. the detailing throughout the hotel was gorgeous. housekeeping did a great job every day. My room was always immaculate. the location felt ideal for exploring the city.
the Air conditioning in the room seemed preset, a minor inconvenience. i did find it difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking . this caused some discomfort.

The hotel included a pool with massage jets. a tepidarium provided refreshments like water infused with oranges. two saunas were available. A finnish sauna and a steam sauna allowed for relaxation.

friendly staff amazing location great breakfast
I just had the best experience! the staff were super attentive. They really were really nice. the location was amazing because it was right near the main square! the breakfast selection included a welcome glass of prosecco, and the pool and spa facilities were well-equipped!
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. i couldn't adjust it to my preferred temperature. it was a bit too warm for my liking. It slightly impacted my overall comfort.

The room was excellent. Housekeeping did a GREAT job every day. The reception staff were helpful.
The breakfast was deeply uninspiring with holiday inn coffee. I found the noise from upstairs a little too much. Someone was moving furniture all evening, and I was on the first floor.
